If we start from 1970 is the decade that Ermionida and especially Porto Heli start to grow as a holiday destination. This is the decade that the first hotels had started to build. Nowadays new investors use the old hotels like “Giouli”, as you see the photorealistic photos in the folder, in order to start new investments in tourism. The opening of AmanZoe Resort, two years ago and the forthcoming opening of Nikki Beach Hotel, in July 2014, two great projects by Dolphin Capital Investments, have significantly altered and improved real estate businesses in our area and given it the name Greek Riviera. One more forthcoming project is Killada Hills that includes two 5 starts hotels and a golf unit. Also in our area there are another hotel complex, AKS Hotels (AKS Porto Heli, Hinitsa Bay) and the global company Barcelo that manages the 4 star hotel Hydra Beach.
